ProNova Games ("we", "our", or "us") built the Project: NOVA mobile application (Package ID: com.kovakova.nova) as a free-to-play sci-fi arcade game with optional rewarded advertisements and in-app purchases. We do not require you to register an account with personal details (such as your real name, phone number, or physical address) to play Project: NOVA.

2. Third-Party Services (Advertising & Analytics)
The app may integrate reputable third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob for optional rewarded video ads and Google Play Services) that may collect limited device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID / AAID), coarse location (country/region based on IP), and diagnostic crash logs strictly for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and service stability.
3. Virtual Currency & Non-Gambling Disclosure
All in-game currency ("Nova Energy / 星云能源") and items ("Quantum Shields", rocket skins) are 100% virtual entertainment items. They have no real-world monetary value and can never be cashed out, redeemed, or transferred for real money, cryptocurrency, or physical goods.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Controls
You have full control over your local game data at any time:
- Inside the game, you can open the Story & Guide / Settings panel and tap "Reset Lab Data" to permanently erase all local game progress.
- You can also clear application storage or uninstall the app via your Android system settings, which immediately removes all locally stored data.
- You may reset or opt out of personalized Advertising IDs at any time in your Android device under Settings → Google → Ads.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for general and teen/adult audiences as rated on Google Play and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately so that we can delete such information.
